Young Researchers of Serbia are opening a new season of international volunteer camps, giving you the opportunity to join thousands of camps around the world!
If you’re looking for an experience that changes the way you see travel and the world around you, and you’re wondering how to spend your summer differently – this is a call for you.
Imagine a summer where you don’t just visit tourist attractions, but become part of the place you stay in. You share meals with people from different countries, help restore a medieval castle, maintain a hiking trail in the Alps, or assist in organizing workshops for children in a small local community. You discover local traditions and work on something that remains even after the camp ends – that’s an adventure with purpose.
From March to November, more than 1,000 camps around the world are waiting for you!
How do you find a camp and apply?

The application and selection process is simple:
- Open the camp search engine on the YRS website and choose a country, dates, and age group.
- Browse the list of available camps and read their descriptions carefully.
- Select the camps you like and add them to your “backpack.”
- After that, we forward your application to the organizers, and you will receive a response within about one week.
