Young Researchers of Serbia invite civil society organizations engaged in environmental protection to apply for participation in the ECO SYSTEM supporting programme for civil society in environmental protection.
In the previous four cycles of support for the ECO SYSTEM programme, the focus was on networks of organizations engaged in environmental protection. Recognizing the efforts to establish and develop the capacities of these networks, and believing in the power of joint efforts action, YRS has directed programme’s activities towards existing networks with a goal of ensuring the successful continuation of their work.
Between 2021 and 2024, the ECO SYSTEM programme of strengthening the networks supported 18 networks of civil society organizations working on environmental protection, nature conservation/biodiversity preservation, and/or climate change.
In 2025, support for networks will continue, but organizations will have an additional opportunity to independently submit project proposals. Through this approach, YRS aims to strengthen the capacities of small and medium-sized organizations while also ensuring the sustainability of existing networks.
The deadline for submitting project applications within the ECO SYSTEM Supporting Program is March 24, 2025, by 5:00 PM.

An online information session for all interested applicants is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The registration deadline for the information session is March 11, by 10:00 AM.
