Organizations in the ESC system: Enhanced communication, support through good practice examples, creation of training for mentors, and improvement of volunteers’ personal projects.
European Commission: At the end of the project, in 2025, we will submit a comprehensive impact report on ESC projects for young people and organizations, with recommendations for improvement before the creation of the new program in 2027.
WP1: Collecting good practices from 10 partner organizations, which will serve as recipes that can be found online; creating a website to support other organizations and improving the ESC Buddy app for volunteers.
WP2: Creating a one-day training for mentors that will be available on the website to support organizations.
WP3: Organizing two project labs for volunteers on ESC projects to connect them and enhance their personal projects.
WP4: Through presenting the results of the previous work packages, as a consortium of partners, a joint report will be created, which will serve the European Commission for improving the new cycle of ESC projects that will be in effect from 2027.
Project is funded under the Erasmus+ KA2 grant and it’s a cooperation partnership between 10 organizations from 9 countries: Compagnons Batisseurs Belgium, Egyesek Hungary, ESTYES Estonia, Compagnons Batisseurs France, Concordia France, Xena Italy, Alliansi Finland, Cocat Catalonia, Grenzenlos Austria.
